You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and contribute to a culture of inclusivity while delivering value to clients in a hybrid role across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience defining business and technical requirements across complex programs.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for architecture and implementation.
• Knowledge of financial services domain and advisory experience for insurers.
• Experience with Agile SCRUM methodologies and BA documentation standards.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
