Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with experience defining business and technical requirements.
• Experience working in financial services or advising on P&C insurance lines.
• Experience leading teams through all phases of the technology life cycle.
• Proficiency with guiding software vendors and architecture design.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Transform client business problems into technology solutions with architecture alignment.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk for clients.
• Analyze business requirements and map to technology architecture and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior resources.
• Advise on data sources, KPIs and opportunities for additional services.
