The role emphasizes data-driven insights, architecture alignment, and collaboration with diverse client teams. A strong background in insurance technology and Agile delivery is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3+ years defining business and technical requirements.
• 5+ years progressive work experience defining business and technical requirements.
• 3+ years in financial services or advising insurers on personal/commercial lines.
• 2+ years managing a team of business/technology analysts.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to translate business problems into technology solutions.
• Support client teams with requirements analysis, architecture alignment and implementation planning.
• Provide insights from data sources to verify solutions meet business needs.
• Mentor junior resources and foster an inclusive, innovative team environment.
• Travel to client sites as necessary.
