EY is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Financial Services Organization, transforming business problems into technology solutions and guiding client engagements from requirements to implementation.

You will work with architecture teams, support risk remediation, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with diverse engagement teams in a hybrid work environment with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology/business field with progressive experience defining business and technical requirements.
• Experience in financial services advisory or insurance carrier projects is preferred.
• Leadership or supervision of a team of business/technology analysts across the life cycle.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica is a plus.
• Proficiency in vendor selection, architecture design, and PMO related activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client interactions and technical writing.

• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk in engagements.
