Garver in Fayetteville, AR is seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our analytics team. You will manage BI developers and analysts, own project scopes from initiation to delivery, and partner with clients to shape analytics services across Transportation, Aviation, Water, Buildings, and Federal markets.

The role combines people leadership with technical direction, data architecture, and advanced data modeling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data management, or a related discipline.
5+ years of direct people management experience, including performance management and staff development.
Project management experience.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools such as Tableau and ArcGIS Dashboards, along with SQL-based databases.
Demonstrated expertise in data management, data architecture, and advanced data modeling.
Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables, with strong stakeholder coordination skills.
Experience writing project scopes and developing fee estimates and level-of-effort proposals.
Demonstrated experience presenting to executive and non-technical audiences and delivering training.
Strong business acumen, with a track record of developing and driving strategic goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts, handling hiring, goals, and performance reviews.
Plan and balance workload to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Set data modeling, dashboard design, documentation, and quality standards.
Manage analytics projects from initiation to delivery, including planning and budgeting.
Coordinate stakeholders across client and internal teams to align requirements.
Prepare scopes, work plans, and fee proposals for analytics work.
Monitor finances and manage scope changes and risks.
Develop strategic goals for the analytics practice and align staffing with growth.
Provide data management, architecture and modeling direction.
Guide dashboards and visuals development and governance.
Present findings to executive audiences and provide client training.
