• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in business analytics or BI.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience leading analytics projects and budgets.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences and guiding strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts.
• Own analytics project deliverables from scope to delivery.
• Balance workload and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop service strategy and grow analytics offerings across markets.
