Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience, including performance management and staff development.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and other visualization tools; strong data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables with client coordination.
• Develop data models, dashboards, and governance standards for quality and usability.
