Job summary

Garver LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager in Frisco, TX to lead a team of BI developers and analysts. You will own project scopes, build dashboards, and guide analytics strategy across transportation, aviation, water, buildings and federal markets.

The role requires 10+ years in analytics, 5+ years of people leadership, and strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data modeling. A focus on executive communication and client outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in business analytics / BI.
5+ years of direct people management experience.
Proven project management experience.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Tableau/ArcGIS dashboards.
Strong data management, data architecture, and modeling skills.
Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics projects from initiation through delivery, including planning and budgeting.
Coordinate stakeholders across client organizations and internal teams.
Prepare scopes and fee proposals for analytics work.
Monitor project financials and manage scope changes and risks.
Provide direction on data management, architecture, and modeling.
Review deliverables for accuracy and quality prior to release.
Present findings to executive audiences and clients.
