Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in business analytics or BI.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience with performance development.
• Experience leading analytics projects from scope to delivery and proposing fees.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and other viz tools (Tableau, ArcGIS).
• Strong data management, architecture, modeling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to present to executive audiences and train clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects from initiation to delivery, including planning and budgeting.
• Mentor and grow a team of BI developers and analysts, manage workload and reviews.
• Develop scopes, level-of-effort estimates, and fee proposals for analytics work.
• Guide data architecture, governance, and dashboard design across multiple sectors.
• Engage clients, gather requirements, present findings, and provide training.
