Garver seeks an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our analytics team in Round Rock, TX. The role blends leadership, project delivery, technical direction, and strategic business input, guiding BI developers and analysts while advising clients across markets.

You will shape analytics services, develop scopes and fee estimates, and communicate with executive stakeholders to drive Garver’s growth and client value.

Qualifications

10+ years in business analytics or BI
5+ years of people management
Experience leading analytics projects
Expertise in data management, architecture, and modeling
Strong communication with executives
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, ArcGIS
Ability to develop scopes and fee estimates

Responsibilities

Lead analytics projects from initiation through delivery
Mentor and grow BI team
Set data standards and governance
Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams
Prepare scopes, work plans, LOE estimates and proposals
Monitor finances and manage scope changes
Drive strategic goals and growth of analytics practice
Present findings to executive audiences
