Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of professional analytics or BI experience; internships/co-ops count.
• Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Foundational SQL skills: joins, filters, aggregations.
• Proficiency with Excel: formulas, pivots, large data sets.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to ask good questions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards following team standards.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract and validate data from source systems.
• Help develop data models, measures, and calculated columns using DAX/Power Query.
• Apply design principles for layout, color, readability, and Garver standards.
• Maintain existing reports: scheduled refreshes, issue resolution, enhancements.
• Gather, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Document data sources, transformations, assumptions, and limitations.
• Identify data discrepancies and research root causes.
