Job summary

Garver seeks a seasoned Business Analytics Manager to lead our analytics team across transportation, aviation, water, buildings, and federal markets. You will drive project delivery, set technical direction, and shape service offerings while advising clients and executive stakeholders.

You will pair data architecture fluency with business acumen to scope engagements, estimate fees, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across multiple concurrent programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 10+ years in analytics or BI.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and other visualization tools (Tableau, ArcGIS).
• Experience writing project scopes and developing fee estimates and LOE proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects from initiation through delivery, including planning and budget management.
• Mentor and grow a team of BI developers and analysts with performance reviews and career development.
• Develop and drive strategic goals for the analytics practice and align staffing with growth objectives.
• Present findings to executives and non-technical audiences and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
