Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Industrial Administration, Business or a related field with 5+ years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience defining business and technical requirements
• 3+ years of relevant experience at a financial services company or advising property and casualty insurers on personal or commercial lines
• 2+ years of experience managing and supervising a team of business and technology analysts through all phases of the technology life cycle
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica
