Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Industrial Administration, Business or a related field and 5+ years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience defining business and technical requirements; or a master’s degree with 3+ years of related work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services or advising P&C carriers on personal/commercial lines.
• 2+ years of experience managing a team of business/technology analysts through all phases of the lifecycle.
