Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with focused business/tech requirements experience.
- 5+ years defining business and technical requirements in financial services.
- 3+ years advising insurance carriers on personal/commercial lines.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into tech specifications for architecture.
- Assist engagement teams with requirements, design, and implementation planning.
- Collaborate with client teams, mentor junior resources, and support risk remediation.
