Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3–5+ years defining business and technical requirements in financial services.
• Experience advising property and casualty insurers or similar client contexts in business analysis.
• Proven leadership of teams through the technology lifecycle, including testing and conversion.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire and other insurance software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture designs.
• Collaborate with architects and client teams to deliver system solutions.
• Lead engagement teams and mentor junior resources across projects.
• Support clients with analytics, data governance and technology implementation plans.
