EY, a leader in professional services, seeks a seasoned business-analyst/PM to transform client problems into technology solutions within the Financial Services Organization. You will work directly with clients to design architectures, map requirements, and guide implementation of complex systems like Guidewire, data management, and reporting.

The role requires strong communication, agile delivery, and leadership of analytics teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related field and 5+ years defining business and technical requirements; or a master's degree and 3+ years of experience.
3+ years of relevant experience in financial services or advising property & casualty insurers.
2+ years leading a team of business/technology analysts through all phases of the lifecycle.
Experience with Guidewire or similar applications (Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest).
Proficiency in system and vendor selection, business/technical requirements, architecture design, BI/decision support, and PMO.

Responsibilities

Work directly with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions.
Support clients in making business units more effective and efficient and mitigate process risk.
Assist engagement teams with requirements analysis, architecture design, and implementation planning.
Collaborate with diverse client teams and mentor junior resources.
