Job summary

EY is seeking a senior business analyst in the US to transform business problems into technology solutions. You will work directly with clients to define requirements, align with architecture, and support remediation when needed.

You’ll lead teams, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with vendors across Guidewire and related tools. Travel to client sites is expected, and a hybrid work model supports flexibility and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Industrial Administration, Business or related field with 5+ years of post-baccalaureate work experience defining requirements.
• Master’s degree in relevant field with 3+ years of work experience defining requirements.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams of business analysts and technology analysts through all tech life cycle stages.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with architects to design system architecture solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and align with technology architecture, infrastructure design, and vendor plans.
• Support engagement teams with data-driven insights to identify new projects and opportunities for services.
• Mentor junior resources and foster an innovative, inclusive team environment.
• Travel to client sites as necessary.
