Job summary

EY is seeking a senior business analyst/consultant to partner with clients in the financial services sector, translating business requirements into technology solutions and leading projects through architecture, data management, and implementation stages.

You will guide engagements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-impact business outcomes for insurers and financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years defining business and technical requirements; or master’s with 3+ years.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services or advising insurance carriers.
• 2+ years experience managing a team of business/technology analysts through lifecycle.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, BO, Cognos, Informatica.
• Proficiency in: system/vendor selection, requirements definition, architecture design, BI/decision support, PMO.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder relationships, strategic thinking, data-informed decisions.
• Travel to client site as necessary.

• Assist in vendor selection and technology implementation plans.
