Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with focus on business and technology requirements.
• Experience defining business and technical requirements in financial services.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with insurance carriers and personal/commercial lines.
• Experience leading teams through lifecycle phases: definition, architecture, conversion, testing.
• Knowledge of guidingwire and related platforms is a plus.
