Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial services, insurance, or data analytics.
• 4+ years of Insurance Company, MGA or TPA experience preferred.
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience required.
• Strong ability in requirements gathering and documentation for prioritization within roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and determine appropriate tools and approaches, applying standards and best practices.
• Analyze data and develop insights to drive business strategy and decision-making.
• Collaborate with team to define standards and best practices for delivery of technology applications.
• Adhere to repeatable and scalable processes for collecting, designing, and prioritizing work.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain a strategic outlook and stay current with leading technology products and techniques.
• Develop and design testing protocols and conduct testing of deployments.
• Create and maintain business process documentation and requirements.
• Manage and execute projects with plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders on progress and findings.
