Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of progressive BA experience in financial services, insurance, or data analytics.
• Proven success in gathering requirements, design, and documenting prioritization within roadmaps.
• Knowledge of KPIs in risk, insurance, and claims domains.
• Client facing experience required and ability to travel up to 15%.

• Analyze business requirements and determine tools and approaches, aligning with standards and best practices.
• Collaborate to ensure repeatable, scalable processes for collecting, designing, and prioritizing work.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities to add value.

• Conduct testing of software deployment and updates.
• Assist in managing projects with plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance of systems and processes.
• Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.
