Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Commercial Underwriting teams.
• Proven experience authoring detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial Underwriters to understand underwriting processes.
• Lead requirements elicitation through workshops and interviews.
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Act as the primary liaison between underwriting and IT/delivery teams.
