A leading technology service provider is seeking a remote Business Analyst to join its Commercial Specialty Underwriting team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and a solid background in insurance or financial services. Key responsibilities include bridging strategy and technology, leading requirements elicitation, and acting as a liaison between underwriting and IT teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Commercial Underwriting teams.
• Proven experience authoring detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

Responsabilités

• Partner with Commercial Underwriters to understand underwriting processes.
• Lead requirements elicitation through workshops and interviews.
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
• Act as the primary liaison between underwriting and IT/delivery teams.
