WAHVE is seeking Senior Operations Business Analyst professionals to support insurance carrier and MGA clients from a fully remote, home-based setting. • 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other operational areas.
• Translate customer requirements into clear functional specs for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy lifecycle including rating, quoting and issuing policies.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and service standards.
• Process transactions and follow workflows based on line of business, state, and regulations.
• Serve as SME on data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
