The Business Analyst role focuses on translating business needs into clear requirements and driving end-to-end delivery in an Agile setup. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis, experience in health insurance, and strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in health insurance or Insurtech domains.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT support skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify business problems with clients and design analytical solutions.
• Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents and user stories.
• Develop test case scenarios and support QA/UAT and release phases.
• Mentor junior analysts and assist in project time estimates and planning.
