Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Prior experience working within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance business processes and operational workflows.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and refining business and system requirements.
• Expertise translating business objectives into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting Agile software delivery teams.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience with testing, requirements validation, and UAT activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to write and analyze SQL queries.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business analysis along with prior experience working within an insurance environment, where they have developed an understanding of policy administration, underwriting processes, compliance requirements, and complex business workflows
