Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Sr. Business Process Analyst to join a high-performance team driving the VA migration to the cloud. This 100% remote role offers autonomy, scaling processes, and advisory responsibilities to the client.

The candidate will design and improve business processes, policies, roles, and metrics while collaborating with customer, IT, and services teams. The position requires mastery of process improvement, current/future state analyses, and experience applying Agile and SAFe at scale,

Qualifications

• Master’s and ten or more years of experience required.
• Degree in Engineering or related scientific/technical discipline required.
• Advanced certifications preferred: CBAP, PMP, Six Sigma, CSM, SAFe SSM.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies and performance measures.
• Define and develop business processes, policies, roles, responsibilities, and metrics.
• Analyze current state, gap analysis, benchmarking, and organizational assessment.
• Plan and implement future state design, change management, and transition plans.
• Interface with customer, IT, and client services teams; ensure compliance and quality.
• Apply Agile and SAFe methodologies to align strategy and delivery at scale.
