Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support Scrum Master activities, requirements analysis, and provide backup project leadership for FFSS Fee Basis Claims Archive and E-Learning applications. This is a 100% remote role with growth opportunities within the VA ecosystem.

The role requires expertise in process improvement, Agile/SAFe implementations, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will interact with customer, technical teams, and client services to drive outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

Experience eliciting and documenting business requirements, business processes, and workflows.
Proven ability to translate technical information into business terms for stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills across multiple domains.
Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies and their application at scale.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and organizational redesign efforts.
Define and develop business processes, policies, roles, and performance metrics.
Conduct current state and gap analyses, benchmarking, and best practices identification.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and high performance.
