Job summary

The role focuses on understanding local checkout processes, fiscal requirements, and regulatory constraints, and aligning them with the standard solution.

You will bridge discovery with engineering squads, document requirements, and support prioritization and rollout decisions in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze business processes and operational workflows.
• Experience conducting discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Strong communication skills to explain business concepts to technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead country discovery activities to understand local checkout processes, fiscal requirements, payment methods, and constraints.
• Promote the adoption of the standard project solution and challenge deviations.
• Identify and document functional gaps between country needs and the standard solution.
• Cluster and categorize gaps to support prioritization and solution design.
• Structure and document country requirements, constraints, and business processes for solution design.
