VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to lead stakeholder workshops, gather and analyze requirements, and translate business needs into actionable technical specifications. The role involves documenting rules, processes, risks, and dependencies, and supporting adoption with training materials.

You will convert business requirements into design-ready specs and validate solutions through UAT and testing practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data flows.
