Zusammenfassung

NorthBay Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, analysis, and stakeholder management across complex IT and digital transformation programs. The role involves translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements and guiding solution delivery.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, project managers, solution architects, QA, and system integrators to ensure traceable, testable requirements and successful

Qualifikationen

8+ years of IT business analysis experience.
Experience gathering requirements, managing requirements, and defining solutions.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.

Aufgaben

Lead requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and sessions with business owners and IT.
Translate business needs into functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Create BRDs, SRS, process models, BPMN/UML diagrams, use cases, and flows.
Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and compliance with standards.
Support solution definition and validation with architects and developers.
Collaborate with QA to define test scenarios, UAT plans, and validation.
