Job summary

Qualifications

• Analyzes business needs and documents current and future state processes.
• Translates requirements into technical specs for data models and interfaces.
• Leads requirement elicitation sessions and validates with users.
• Develops testing scripts and acceptance criteria.
• Maintains traceability and documentation throughout projects.
• Communicates complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to documentation of "as is" and "to be" processes and migrations.
• Facilitate requirements sessions with stakeholders using interviews, workshops and surveys.
• Analyze and decompose complex business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct primary data research and identify key themes and trends.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for data models, processes, interfaces, and integrations.
• Create clear documentation for development and testing teams.
• Explore external developments and evaluate their impact on the organization.
• Carry out feasibility assessments and contribute to business cases.
• Deliver small- or medium-scale projects within an established program plan.
• Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders; collaborate cross-functionally.
• Support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Participate in assessment and development planning to grow capabilities and obtain relevant accreditation.
