Job summary

CRC Group seeks an experienced Business Analyst to provide process, design and analysis support for interfacing business applications. You will drive requirements elicitation, lead collaboration between LOBs and Technology Delivery, and mentor junior analysts to ensure solutions meet business needs.

The role focuses on delivering enterprise-level analyses, coordinating pre-planning, and facilitating stakeholder engagement to achieve desired outcomes while adhering to SDLC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with significant IT experience required.
• Four plus years as a business analyst or related role (PM/BA related).
• Experience with gathering and managing requirements across projects.
• Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with management and staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Technology Delivery and LOBs.
• Collaborate with Technology and LOBs to document and communicate business needs and provide technology solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and strategies.
• Establish project requirements using process and workflow analysis.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Perform current state analysis of systems and applications.
• Prepare UI diagrams and business/workflow diagrams for requests or large projects.
• Advise on long-term objectives and introduce technical innovations as needed.
• Develop acceptance criteria and plan for user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate pre-planning activities (business case, project estimate, risk, charter).
• Facilitate routine meetings with stakeholders for updates on initiatives.
• Attend business unit management meetings as needed.
• Learn core business functions related to projects.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC and Change Management.
