• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping and diagramming tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted productivity tools and validating AI outputs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize business stakeholder requirements in various formats (workflows, user stories, screen mock-ups).
• Collaborate with IT SMEs to identify alternatives and generate project schedules.
• Measure and report on effectiveness and usability of solutions using usage data and stakeholder feedback.
• Facilitate and manage business requests, setting stakeholder expectations.
• Assist stakeholders in communication, training or change management.
• Analyze project progress and present outcome feedback to management.
• Use AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to draft and accelerate documentation and validate AI outputs.
• Identify opportunities where AI tools can improve efficiency with AI Products team.
• Use agentic AI platforms to research requirements, diagram workflows, and prototype solutions.
• Present findings clearly to attorneys and business stakeholders.
