Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for consideration.
• Minimum five years of related experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted prototyping/diagramming tools (Claude, Claude Design, Claude Cowork).Familiarity with wireframing tools (Figma, Miro) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus clear presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and managing requirements/backlogs in an Agile setting.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder requirements using workflows, user stories, and screen mock-ups.
• Collaborate with IT SMEs to assess options, size efforts, and estimate project timelines.
• Measure usability and effectiveness using quantitative data and stakeholder feedback.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication.
• Support change management, training, and adoption activities as needed.
• Summarize progress and present findings to management and attorneys.
