Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte in Washington, DC seeks a Business Analyst to accelerate requirements gathering and process analysis using AI tools. You will gather and prioritize stakeholder needs, design integrations with downstream systems, and work with IT to estimate schedules and resources.

You’ll present findings and prototypes to attorneys and business stakeholders, validate AI outputs, and identify AI-enabled efficiency opportunities. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related work experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping and diagramming tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and managing requirements in sprints.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder requirements in various formats.
• Collaborate with IT to assess alternatives and generate project estimates.
• Measure usability and impact of solutions using data and end-user input.
• Present findings and prototypes clearly to attorneys and business stakeholders.
