You’ll design integrations with downstream systems, including financials, business development, experience management, and the data warehouse, using AI-assisted approaches to accelerate work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping and diagramming tools (e.g., Claude incl. Claude Design and Claude Cowork)
• Experience with AI-assisted productivity and requirements tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, incl. managing requirements, backlogs, and sprint deliverables

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize business stakeholder requirements in various formats (workflow diagrams, user stories, screen mock-ups)
• Collaborate with IT subject matter experts to assess alternatives and estimate schedules
• Measure and report on effectiveness and usability of solutions using data and end-user feedback
• Facilitate and manage business requests, setting stakeholder expectations
• Assist project stakeholders in communication, training or change management
• Analyze project progress and present outcome feedback to management
• Use AI tools to draft and validate requirements documentation and narratives
• Identify AI opportunities and scope with the AI Products team
• Use Claude Cowork/Claude Design to research requirements and prototype solutions
• Present findings clearly to attorneys and stakeholders
