Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years of related work experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping and diagramming tools (Claude, Claude Design, Claude Cowork; familiarity with Figma/Miro a plus).
• Experience with AI-assisted productivity and requirements tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and validating AI output.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and managing requirements and backlogs in an Agile environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder requirements using diagrams, user stories, and mock-ups.
• Collaborate with IT to assess options, estimate resources, and generate project schedules.
• Measure usability and effectiveness using data and stakeholder feedback.
• Facilitate requests, manage expectations, and support change management.
• Present findings, questions, and prototypes to attorneys and business stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirements documentation and process narratives.
