CoverGo, a leader in no-code insurance platforms, is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a fully remote role. You will work with clients and technical teams to identify business problems and design scalable solutions across health, life, and P&C insurance workflows.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis, Agile experience, and strong documentation skills. Prior insurtech or health insurance domain knowledge is a plus. Join a diverse, global team.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in health insurance industry preferred.
Insurtech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and technical teams to identify business problems and design solutions.
Plan and design business processes and system changes, from simple to semi-complex.
Document client requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the team.
Create test cases and oversee testing to ensure client needs are met in the system design.
