Job summary

CoverGo is a leading Insurtech platform enabling 100% digital insurance. The role focuses on analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and designing processes for health, life, and P&C domains.

You will work closely with clients and tech resources to deliver analytical solutions in a fast-paced, remote environment. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years as a Business Analyst, experience in health insurance, and strong Agile capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst.
A degree in Business, IT or any relevant field.
Previous experience in health insurance industry is required.
Insurtech experience is preferred.
Domain certifications (INS/LOMA or III) are a plus.
Knowledge of BA concepts and Agile prioritization.

Responsibilities

Identify business problems with clients and develop analytical solutions.
Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications.
Make recommendations to improve business activities.
Gather requirements via workshops and interviews and documentClient requirements.
Create complex test case scenarios and oversee testing.
Develop business requirements documents/user stories.
May plan and monitor work of other business analysts.
Understand systems and data to surface actionable insights.
