Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in health insurance or insurtech.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and requirements gathering.
- Strong written and verbal English communication; documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify business problems with clients and design analytical solutions.
- Plan and design business processes and system modifications.
- Gather requirements through sessions and interviews and document them.
- Create test case scenarios and oversee testing of applications.
- Develop BRDs/User Stories to support modifications.
- Monitor work of others and provide time estimates.
- Update process and procedural documentation.
- Support QA, UAT, and release phases.
