- Experience defining requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Agile methods and prioritizing work into epics/sprints.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Identify business problems with clients and technical resources.
- Design simple to semi-complex business processes and system changes.
- Recommend improvements to support business activities.
- Gather requirements via sessions and interviews; document and communicate them.
