CoverGo is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to translate insurance requirements into actionable solutions with clients and technical teams. You will design processes, document requirements, and support testing and delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in health insurance/Insurtech, strong English communication, and hands-on Agile experience. This fully remote role offers global collaboration and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in health insurance/Insurtech.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience facilitating workshops and eliciting requirements.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum environments and backlog management.
• Ability to create clear documentation and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Identify business problems with clients and technical teams; define approach and analytical solution.
• Design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications.
• Document and communicate complex business requirements to stakeholders.
• Develop business requirements documents/user stories for modifications.
• Support QA/UAT and release activities with defect analysis and change management.
