You will plan business processes, gather requirements, and document them as user stories. Strong Agile experience, English communication, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in health insurance industry required.
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify business problems with clients and design analytical solutions.
• Plan and design business processes and system modifications.
• Develop business requirements documents and user stories.
• Analyze complex requirements and communicate to stakeholders.
