Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, coordinate with contractors, manage inventories, respond to emergencies, and compile monthly reports for management while adhering to safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Apprentice program or trade school preferred
• Experience in operating mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in commercial properties

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and maintenance of MEP systems
• Supervise maintenance staff when applicable
• Perform preventive maintenance like filter changes, lubrication, lamp and bearing replacements
• Coordinate with outside contractors and technicians
• Maintain stock and inventory control
• Respond to emergencies and customer concerns
• Submit monthly reports to management
• Complete required safety training and compliance
