Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4–5 years of job-related experience; certifications/licenses per local/state jurisdiction.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a facility environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills for work orders and reporting.
• Knowledge of codes, safety rules, and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Adhere to codes, regulations, and company safety directives.
• Manage energy use and participate in preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with team and supervisors; document work orders and results.
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials and maintain a clean workspace.
