Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required; experience in supervision preferred.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Innovative mindset to develop methods beyond existing solutions.
• Strong problem-solving ability with broad business impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff training and performance evaluations; provide coaching opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage daily activities; set schedules and task assignments.
• Develop, implement and communicate preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Ensure technicians have the information and materials to complete work on time and to high quality.
• Develop material and labor cost estimates for work orders and projects; manage budgets.
• Respond to emergencies and request support as needed.
• Contribute to new processes and standards to achieve functional goals.
• Mentor others and demonstrate CBRE RISE values in leadership.
