Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building systems including mechanical/HVAC/plumbing, electrical, fire detection, life safety, lighting, and building management systems.
• Oversees and inspects work by outside contractors and ensures compliance with safety and SOPs.
• Maintains energy management programs to optimize operating costs.
• Responds to emergencies and customer concerns; uses work order systems and email for communications.
