Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a sales professional to sell building automation systems and services to owners, primarily at the Director level. You will manage the full sales cycle, build credible relationships, and close opportunities monthly while expanding Johnson Controls' presence within target and managed accounts.

You will bring consultative sales experience in a complex process, technical aptitude to discuss solutions, and a track record of influencing key stakeholders such as building

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of relevant sales experience in a highly complex environment.
• Consultative, progressive field sales experience in HVAC or similar sectors.
• Strong initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to influence the market at key levels with technical credibility.
• Experience speaking to solutions, specifications, and customer needs.
• Experience working with building owners, contractors, engineers, or similarly complex groups.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls systems and services to owners, primarily at Director level.
• Promote value through technical solutions and operational expertise.
• Build long-term customer relationships across target and managed accounts.
• Drive the sales process to qualify, pursue, and close opportunities monthly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
