Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Architecture or related engineering field.
• Minimum 5+ years in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating.
• Minimum 3+ years performing property inspections.
• Minimum 2+ years completing similar work for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Assess buildings to evaluate condition of systems and recommend immediate repairs.
• Perform site reconnaissance, data compilation, and project research.
• Prepare technical reports, maps, and appendices.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines; communicate progress to PM.
• Provide recommendations impacting the transaction process; respond to scope changes.
